Day 277 – 7/7/24

Starting location: Anchored in center of Admiralty Island in the Thousand Islands area on St. Lawrence River, Ontario, Canada

Weather: 65 am, 80 pm, partly cloudy to sunny

Ending location: On a mooring ball at Camelot Island in the Thousand Islands area on the St. Lawrence River, Ontario, Canada

Statute miles: Approximately 5

General summary: Another morning hike, then moved on toward the Lake Fleet Islands. A local had advised to check out Camelot Island. The docks were full, but there was a beautiful cove with four mooring balls, three still available. We snagged one closest to the small kayak/dinghy dock. The water was crystal clear to the bottom. What a gorgeous place to spend a day! Checked out the hike, then grilled corn and pork chops, with a salad, for dinner. We all cooled off with an evening swim before bed. The water was a perfect 75 degrees.
