Starting location: Anchorage on Saint Leonard Creek on the NorthEast side of the Patuxent River by Jefferson Patterson Park, MD.

Weather: 60s, drizzle am, partly sunny pm

Ending location: Anchorage on Mill Creek on the SouthWest side of the Patuxent River by Myrtle Point Park, MD.

Statute miles: 5

General summary: Pulled up anchor and moved to another spot by a park. There were 5 other boats anchored, but plenty of room and everyone was thankfully quiet and respectful.

Dinghied to another sandy beach and hiked these trails. Lots of wildflowers in bloom. The smell of honeysuckle always takes me back to my childhood.
